If I wIn the lottery...the american dream

I've had this conversation with friends so many times.
what would you do if you win the lottery??. ...Trips, big houses, lazy days, beaches, give money to friends and family etc. are some of the most heard words.
I think that many . many "old friends" and probably relatives from nowhere would show up with some stories begging for money. Some probably will be real stories and some, I would say the most, people trying to get free money .
Probably I would give money away to my close family and some lifetime friends.
To those not so close friends and even unknown people I would offer a partnership. yeaaah....Show me a project, not more than, let's say $500.000 , and I will finance it if i like it. If it's a success, good for you , take the profit and give me the money back. If you fail, do not worry about the money, probably another of my partners is doing good. But if you succes in the first project of course I'll be happily willing to be partner with you in a 2nd one and who knowsa 3rd one,an so on.
But , today , October 15 2007 , I'm not that millionaire guy. I'm only one more person trying to figure out the way to make money and survive. and I was thinking that probably there's someone out there willing to be my partner . My project is simple, it's just to get a fixer upper . fix it and sell it. I do not want to make millions and millions. I just want to show to someone with money that i'm a good investment .After this first business, my "partner" will think...mmm this guy is not too bad...maybe I can finance a bigger project ..maybe a 2000 sqf house...etc etc...
This is the oportunity for a wealthy person to help a family ..(my wife, my kid and myself) and help your own soul. There's nothing like help others.
